Mr. Cooper is the CEO of Caledonia American Capital, a specialized manufacturing and distribution company that services high-growth niche market segments through two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Rover Gear and Scottie Tools, which include feature-rich gear bags and an innovative, patent-pending carpenter's tool, the "Measure-Minder". Mr. Cooper developed and launched Rover Gear through a combination of direct sales to key retailers, including Target, Amazon.com, Sears, K-Mart, and Buy Buy Baby, and through distribution and manufacturer representative channels. He also signed the largest distributor in the US, leading to a planned penetration of 300 retail stores by end of FY09. Mr. Cooper directs all aspects of executive, operational, and financial activities including sales, product marketing, communications, and contract management.

Previously, Mr. Cooper was a technology sales executive with a solid track record of driving growth with Fortune 500 accounts. At Enviance, Inc, Mr. Cooper was brought on as Regional Director, Strategic Accounts to drive sales of software and consulting services during the company's early-growth stage. As a Strategic Account Executive at Autodesk, Inc, Mr. Cooper engaged with strategic Fortune 500 accounts in the areas of design, modeling, visualization, collaboration and GIS technologies. He was responsible for driving growth and developed several low level accounts into top 10 revenue-generating customers.

Mr. Cooper has also held sales and account manager positions with Fujitsu Computer Products of America (FCPA) and International Business Machines (IBM).

Mr. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Arts from Norwich University and a Certificate of Sales Management from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.
